Nathali Parker – Co-Owner/Founder

Nathali’s qualifications include 18+ years of business development expertise including sales, project management, product development, training, media branding, production, and marketing. Prior to serving as President of KLP, she gained valuable experience working for large corporations, mid-sized businesses, and fledgling start-ups. Shortly after graduating from college, Nathali moved to New York City as the Construction Project Manager for an Italian investment bank in order to build-out their US headquarters. After successfully completing the project, she moved west to Los Angeles and worked for Turner Broadcasting/AOL Time Warner in Global Marketing Solutions. Nathali lived and worked in Los Angeles for 13 years working as a Corporate Account and Business Development Executive for companies such as Montblanc, 24 Hour Fitness, Burke Williams Spa, and Nuove Sales/Valla S.p.A. Nathali is also the owner of a marketing, business development, management, and consulting firm called NatPark Productions, Inc. As part of this business, she created and produced a multi-media sports talk show. Nathali earned a B. S. from Southwest Texas State University where she graduated with honors. She is also a former NCAA Division I Track & Field Athlete.

Karen Parker – Co-Owner/Founder

Karen’s background includes 12+ years of solid business experience including management, sales, customer service, and high-level contract negotiations. She earned a B.A. from Texas Tech University where she graduated with honors, and she holds a Texas Real Estate license. Karen is very active in her community and she participates in many civil, social, and charity endeavors.

Ryan Pryor – Account Executive & Project Manager (Houston/Gulf Region)

Ryan’s background includes 10 years of business development including sales, product development, corporate training, and management. Prior to coming on board with KLP, he broadened his work experience by working for both large corporations and small privately owned businesses. Directly after graduating from Baylor University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Business Management, he competed as a touring golf professional. Ryan spent 2 years playing on the Nike/Tight lies tour then spent a full season on the Gateway tour where he has 2 tournament victories to his name including the 2010 Addidas Invitational. After a successful golf career he moved to Dallas for 3 years where he became Series 7 and 63 licensed with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and landed a Financial Advisor position on a Private Wealth Management team. In 2012 Ryan moved to Houston to marry his college sweetheart and begin work with TWG Insurance. Ryan was a top sales executive in both Small Commercial, Property/Casualty, and Life insurance while serving a key role in company growth. He helped grow the Houston office by 50% from 2013 to 2014. Ryan is a former NCAA Division 1 Basketball player and stays heavily involved in Baylor Athletics.

Brandon Scarborough – Logistics & Project Manager

Brandon’s background includes 8+ years of experience with logistics and project management. After serving in the Marines, Brandon received honorable discharge and then went back to school to study Arabic. While studying, Brandon taught U.S. Government part time, supplementing his experience with leadership skills and furthering his own education. Brandon’s quick learning skill set has brought him far with leadership in the Marines and sales expertise in other industries.

Chase Wilkins – Estimator & Project Manager

Chase has 13 years of experience in estimating and project management. He studied at Tarrant County College and since then been pursuing estimating for companies around Texas. His advanced skills in project management, sales, and estimating make him a valued employee. In his free time, Chase spends time with his girlfriend and kids. He enjoys various sports and likes to spend time outdoors.
